1. Who We Are

Market Now is operated by Intellisense Innovative Solutions Private Limited, 1st Floor, H.No.8-1-43/1/a/44/45/104, SK Residency, Satya Colony, Shaikpet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500008, India (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: your name, email address and password (stored only as a salted hash), or your Google profile if you sign in with Google.
• Usage data: the tools you use, the searches, keywords, domains and websites you analyse, and your results.
• Content you give us: your business profile, AI Copilot chat messages, email campaigns, uploaded contact lists and feedback.
• Connected accounts: if you connect Gmail, Outlook, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram or GitHub, we store the access token that service issues us. We never ask for or store your password for these services.
• Lead data: business contact details of people and companies (such as name, job title, company and work email) that you look up with our lead tools, supplied by Hunter.io.
• Email campaign data: when you send campaigns, we record deliveries and opens, including the recipient's IP address and device information, so you can see campaign results.
• Payment information: handled by Razorpay. We receive the payment status and the details needed for your invoice, never your card details.
• Technical data: our servers log each request with your account email and IP address, for security and troubleshooting.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the SEO, AI-visibility, content, email, social and lead tools you use.
• To show your usage, results and insights on your dashboard.
• To process payments, issue invoices and manage your subscription.
• To send emails and posts on your behalf when you ask us to.
• To send account and security emails, such as password resets.
• To keep the service secure and to fix problems.

4. AI Features

When you use an AI feature, the information that feature needs is sent to an AI provider to produce the result you asked for:

• Google Gemini receives: your AI Copilot messages and the tool results they draw on; your business profile and instructions when you generate emails, posts or content, plus the selected prospects' names, job titles and companies when you write outreach or research leads with AI; campaign statistics, including recipient addresses, for AI email insights; sample rows of an uploaded contact list when we need help finding its name column; product feedback you submit (without your name or email), when we summarise feedback; and, for the AI Website Engineer, files from the repository you connect.
• OpenAI receives: your prompts and any image you upload for AI image or video generation.
• DataForSEO receives: keywords only, to ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude which brands they recommend. Your brand name is not sent.

Do not include sensitive personal information in AI prompts or uploads that you do not want processed this way.

5. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers below, and only as far as each needs to do its job:

• Google (Gemini API): AI text generation for AI features — see section 4.
• OpenAI: AI image and video generation, and the ChatGPT brand-visibility check (keyword only).
• DataForSEO: Search, keyword, backlink and site data; forwards keyword-only questions to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude for AI-visibility scores.
• SerpApi: Search-engine results for SEO tools.
• Hunter.io: Business contact data for the lead tools.
• Twilio SendGrid: Account emails, and bulk email you send from a verified business domain.
• Google (Sign-In, Gmail API, Maps, PageSpeed): Sign-in, sending your emails from your Gmail, local-business and site-speed data.
• Microsoft (Outlook / Graph): Sending your emails from your Outlook mailbox, if you connect it.
• Meta and LinkedIn: Publishing posts to accounts you connect, and reading their post metrics.
• GitHub: Repository access for the AI Website Engineer, if you connect it.
• Razorpay: Payment processing. We never see or store card details.
• Google Analytics / Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Pixel: Site analytics and ad measurement — only if you accept them in the cookie banner.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

6. Google API Services and Google User Data

Market Now uses Google OAuth for Google Sign-In and for the Gmail API. This section explains exactly how we handle the data we receive from Google (“Google user data”).

Data we access

• Google Sign-In: your name and email address from your Google account, used to create your account and log you in.
• Gmail (gmail.send scope): permission to send email from your Gmail account, and the email address of the Gmail account you connect. We do not read, list, modify or delete any email, label, contact or setting in your mailbox — the permission we request does not allow it.

How we use it

• Your name and email address identify your Market Now account and appear in your profile.
• The Gmail permission is used only to send the emails and campaigns that you write and send, or schedule, yourself in Market Now. Nothing is sent from your Gmail without your action.
• Your connected Gmail address is shown in the app as the sender and is used to apply the correct daily sending limit for your account.

How we share it

• We do not sell Google user data, and we do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or information resellers.
• When a campaign you send from a verified business domain continues through Twilio SendGrid after your Gmail daily limit, your sender email address is passed to SendGrid so the email is delivered from your own address. No other Google user data is shared with third parties, except where the law requires it.

How we protect it

• The Gmail access and refresh tokens Google issues us are encrypted at rest in our database and are used only by our servers to send your emails.
• All connections to Market Now and to Google use HTTPS. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised staff.

How long we keep it, and how to delete it

• Gmail tokens and your connected Gmail address are kept only while your Gmail is connected. When you click Disconnect in Market Now, we delete them immediately.
• Your name and email address are kept while your account is active and deleted when you ask us to delete your account (see sections 9 and 10).
• You can also revoke Market Now's access at any time from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

What we never do with Google user data

• We never use it for advertising, including targeted, personalised or retargeted ads.
• We never sell it or transfer it to data brokers or information resellers.
• We never use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
• We never use it to develop, improve or train generalised or non-personalised AI or machine-learning models.

Market Now's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Cookies and Analytics

• Essential (always on): keeping you logged in and remembering preferences such as light or dark mode.
• Analytics and marketing (only with your consent): Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, and on our public pages Google Ads and Meta Pixel. None of these load unless you choose “Accept All” in the cookie banner, and they never load on pages whose address contains a password-reset or sign-in code.

8. Storage, Security and International Transfers

• Your data is stored in our PostgreSQL database.
• Passwords are hashed with PBKDF2-SHA256 and random salts. Access tokens for connected accounts are encrypted at rest.
• Connections to our website use HTTPS.
• Several of the providers in section 5 process data outside India, including in the United States.

9. Data Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete it and the data linked to it, except records we must keep by law (such as invoices). Database backups are overwritten on a rolling 14-day cycle, and server logs are overwritten as they rotate.

10. Your Rights

• You can ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account, by emailing us. We respond within 30 days.
• You can withdraw consent to analytics and marketing cookies by clearing this site's data in your browser.
• You can disconnect Gmail, Outlook, social media and GitHub accounts at any time from Settings, and revoke Google access from your Google Account.
• If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the data protection authority where you live.
